How do I rate the app in the store?

We welcome all feedback about Tensana. We are happy to answer questions and consider suggestions. You can also rate us in the app stores. Here, we provide instructions on how to leave us a review in the most popular app stores .

Apple App Store

• Open the App Store on your iOS device and go to the Tensana app. The easiest way is to use this link: http://itunes.apple.com/de/app/blutdruck-daten/id429654387?mt=8
• Go to the "Reviews" section
• Click the blue text "Rate"

You can now choose between 1 and 5 stars and leave a comment with a title. Please note, however, that we cannot reply to the comment. If you have any problems or questions that require a response, it is better to contact us by email.

Google Play Store (for Android)

• Open the Play Store on your Android device and go to the Tensana app. The easiest way is to use this link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.klier.blutdruck
• Below the app screenshots, you will see your profile photo and username. Underneath, you will see the text "Rate this app" and 5 stars.
• Tap the stars to submit your rating.

You can also leave a comment. It is intended for other users. We respond to comments and also try to resolve any problems described there. However, our options for contacting you are very limited. Therefore, if you have any problems or questions, it is better to contact us by email.
