Getting Started
If you have just signed up or are using the app without signing in, you will not see any charts yet because there is no data yet. You can enter data using the New Entry button.
To record a measurement, simply enter the values. The date and time are already preset to the current date and time, but can be changed as needed to add older values. You can use the on-screen keyboard or a "dial" to enter values. When entering values with the dial, the previous average value is used as the default. This means that often only a few changes are necessary.
If you use a Bluetooth blood pressure monitor, values from compatible devices are transferred automatically.
If you wish, you can add a comment and exclude a measurement from the analysis. This is useful, for example, for measurements taken immediately after strenuous activities.
If you enter only a comment without any other values, it is saved as an event.
As soon as a value has been saved, the chart is displayed. Of course, it only becomes truly useful once further measurements have been saved. You can freely choose the time period displayed in the chart. Below the New Entry button, you will see information about all the data recorded, followed by the time period currently displayed. You can change these values.
For quick access, buttons are available for the last 7, 30, and 90 days. Simply click to select the corresponding time period.
You can also change recorded values later. Below the chart, you will find a list of individual values. Click the row you want to change, and the Edit screen will open.
